Why ALL UN Pacts, Treaties, Declarations and Agreements Are Binding on Canada
The UN has in fact - using ‘treaties’, declarations, and pacts - completely taken over Canadian governments at all levels. We are called UN-CANADA Region since 1985, as a result of former PM Pierre Trudeau signing over the corporation CANADA to the corporation UNITED NATIONS by means of legislation titled United Nations Act, 1985.
In addition, on our upcoming POLITICAL FRAUD page in Series #3, we will explain how the UN/Chinese Communists bribe and blackmail politicians and the heads of major corporations to implement their globalization plans. The extent of Communist Chinese interference in Canadian elections and government became a major scandal in 2025.
Why is it important to know that all the UN’s pacts, treaties and agreements are binding on Canada? Because Canada is a member of the World Government run by the UN, and the UN’s dictates are what rules over our lives…there is no democracy.

On Sept 23-24th, 2024, the United Nations met in New York to discuss and vote on three new treaties. The first to be discussed is called the “Pact for the Future.” Whether it is signed by the UN members or not, it will be imposed, as the UN is the de facto governing body in countries such as Canada.
By 2023, the wall sported images of the Freemason symbols that are part of every building on Parliament Hill. It is not enough that it gave the central banks an option to strip you bare should they fail to meet their profit goals, but now the government will force you to pitch in to save the economy by divesting yourself of your hard-earned savings.
Check out the Bloomberg economic report about Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland’s notion that those who have ‘excess’ savings should ‘share’ with those with less or no savings. This is a communist tactic of redistribution of the wealth so that everyone is equally impoverished. Who and what are financing the UN’s activities?

Most people, especially Canadians, do not know that their taxes (see here) and much of their country’s natural resource revenues go to the UN to build its infrastructure, including its military that may have been used against Truckers in 2022. The goal is to end national borders and have all taxation controlled by the UN to support the World Government.
The World Government partners with the Chinese Communist Party to install Chinese-style Social Credit Scores, the chains that will bind permanently and thoroughly. This Social Credit Score system goes hand-in-hand with Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), which ends the use of cash.
Among the sources of the elite’s revenue: the Canadian government, George Soros, Bill Gates, the Rockefellers and other billionaires, the UN Global Taxation, the UN International Tax, the UNTax Treaties, the UN Staff Pension Fund, the public-private partnerships and non-governmental organizations such as charities and foundations, and the UN Credit Union. The UN is the biggest waster of funds that it obtains from nations such as Canada through bribery and black-mail. It will fly many hundreds of people to ‘climate’ or ‘environmental’ or other conventions, while demanding that the common person not only pay the tab, but stop ‘polluting’ the earth. The UNRWA, (United Nations Relief and Works Agency) a purported Palestinian Refugee agency run by the criminal UN, has been amassing billions in taxpayer money and has governments around the world shoveling money to it. As we indicated earlier, UNRWA is owned and controlled by terrorist organization, HAMAS, which itself is a Muslim Brotherhood offshoot. The UNRWA/HAMAS staff have been stealing humanitarian aid in Gaza, as shown here.

A Telegram group of 3,000 UNRWA teachers in Gaza is replete with posts celebrating the Hamas massacre of October 7th, 2023, minutes after it began, praising the murderers and rapists as “heroes,” glorifying the “education” the terrorists received, gleefully sharing photos of dead or captured Israelis and urging the execution of hostages….
The Telegram chat group is meant to support UNRWA teachers, and contains dozens of files with UNRWA staff names, ID numbers, schedules and curriculum materials…UNRWA has an entire system of tunnels running under its properties, supplies electricity and infrastructure to HAMAS, and its staff are all HAMAS members. Even in the Stephen Harper Conservative days, UNRWA was getting millions of our taxpayer dollars while Canadians did without the basics and struggled to put food on the table.
Generally, for well over a decade, from all federal parties in Canada, UNRWA has been getting approximately $30 million in taxpayer dollars. We should not wonder why HAMAS is so well equipped with billion-dollar tunnel systems that extend right under Israel.
Justin Trudeau gave $32 million to UNRWA in 2021 – the very UN agency he knew was linked to Palestinian radicalization.
In 2022, the Canadian government donated $23,713,560 of YOUR tax money to UNRWA/HAMAS. Every year for well over a decade, including during the days of the Conservative Stephen Harper government, UNRWA/HAMAS were getting tens of millions of dollars. UNRWA has 30,000 employees, which is 60% more than the total number of UN employees for all other refugee crises combined. UNRWA's primary focus is its 700+ schools serving Palestinian Muslims. The majority of them are employed in education, teaching curricula that praise suicide bombers and martyrs who kill Jews.
Those teachers were uncovered (archived here) in a joint report conducted in part by UN Watch:
The report identifies 133 UNRWA educators and staff who were found to promote hate and violence on social media, and an additional 82 UNRWA teachers and other staff affiliated with over 30 UNRWA schools involved in drafting, supervising, approving, printing, and distributing hateful content to students. The hatred is systemic at UNRWA, and its internal self-auditing mechanisms are not fit for purpose, alleges the report.
HAMAS weapons caches are located under UNRWA schools. When discovered, UNRWA, teaming with genocidal antisemites, feigned ignorance. Now that Associated Press journalists have been in their underground tunnels, they are exposed and funding slowed considerably by February 2024.
On December 25th, 2023, explosives hidden inside UNRWA bags were discovered during raids of northern Gaza schools. HAMAS’ use of hospitals and schools to launch military operations is part of the Palestinian terrorist strategy of exploiting human shields. The Canadian government, sporting some 35 or more ½ citizen Muslim Members of Parliament, knew all this.
The NATO Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence established the limitless extent to which HAMAS’ uses human shields — including artillery fire from heavily populated areas, schools, hospitals and mosques. They also hide jihad operatives in these areas. All of these UN and HAMAS actions are examples of war crimes.
Here is what the UN has done with these donations – in the hundreds of millions of dollars from US and Canada -- from the lips of the children who reveal the UNRWA programs teach them to hate Jews and to want to eliminate them from the earth.
These boys are open about their desire to kill Jews, and how it has been reinforced at the UNRWA school.
In 2009, a study by the Center for Near East Policy Research in Israel found that HAMAS, which Canada considers a terrorist group, was elected to run the UNRWA Workers Union and UNRWA teacher’s association.
In 2021, Canada said it would not suspend funding to UNRWA, pending an investigation into allegations of how anti-Israel, pro-violence teaching materials found their way into Palestinian schools. But they knew all along, for decades, including when traitor Stephen Harper and his side-kick Pierre Poilievre were the government in Canada, that this was going on.
A report by an Israeli non-profit group had found that teaching materials distributed by UNRWA, run by HAMAS, to Palestinian children in Gaza and the West Bank between November 2020 and January 2021 contained incitement to violence; demonization of Israel, which was erased from maps; endorsements of jihad and martyrdom; the promulgation of “libels and conspiracies;” and failure to promote peacemaking.
Classroom materials referred to Israel solely as “the Enemy” or “the Israeli Occupation”. Actually, evidence shows that the Zionist Jews (think Rothschilds), set up and funded Israel as the centre of their World Government, and Israel set up and funded HAMAS as a means of extracting billions in ‘donations’ to keep the war (theatre) going, and the money getting to the Zionists/Rothchilds.
UNRWA said it pulled the offending material, saying it had been distributed in error.
On December 2, 2023, Jihad Watch reported that a large stock of rockets found in a civilian’s house was hidden by UNRWA boxes.
In other words, Canadians are helping to fund an arm of a major terrorist organization, absolutely free of all accountability for how it spends our money.
This contribution to the UNWRA/HAMAS ‘education’ of Muslim kids makes EVERY Canadian complicit in the atrocities carried out by terrorist organization, HAMAS.

“The Honourable Harjit S. Sajjan, Minister of International Development and Minister responsible for the Pacific Economic Development Agency of Canada, announced Canada’s continued support for the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).
This assistance includes up to $100 million over 4 years to deliver core programs that support basic education, health, social services and livelihood opportunities and protect the rights of Palestinian refugees.
Canada is also providing $3 million to the Emergency Appeal for the West Bank and Gaza, to ensure the delivery of humanitarian assistance for basic services, such as emergency food assistance, emergency health services and improved water and sanitation access.
Together, this support will help respond to the rising needs and deteriorating conditions faced by vulnerable Palestinian refugees across 5 fields of UNRWA’s operation: the West Bank, Gaza, Syria, Lebanon and Jordan.
Canada’s funding will also reinforce UNRWA’s ongoing efforts to uphold UN values and humanitarian principles, including neutrality, within the agency and its operations and ensure corrective actions are taken where needed. These continued efforts are essential to the effective delivery of its work and maintaining Canada’s support.
As documented by our sources, the UN is a criminal organization, exposed as running sex trafficking networks, and sex for food programs – that’s it’s ‘values’.
There is NOTHING neutral about a foreign organization pretending to be charitable that extorts tax money from hardworking people to fund terrorist organizations in the middle east – NOTHING.
And there is nothing ‘honourable’ about Sajjan!
On October 14th, 2023, the UN stated that it wants to raise $294,000,000 to help ‘Palestinians’. Read: Palestinian Terrorist HAMAS because the UN’s 100 agencies will be getting the money and dispersing it as they wish. UNRWA is one of those HAMAS-controlled agencies.
The Canadian government does lots of ‘giving’ to the UN/WHO. Did you know that the Trudeau government gave $86 million to the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2021 alone… and the WHO is a criminal organization, run by those accused of crimes against humanity.

The UN has now divided Canada into 5 ‘regions’ dissolving provincial borders to create -- once blended with the ‘regions’ of the US -- a single body of unelected regional councils. In case you don't think that the UN is openly replacing all things Canadian with its own symbols, it was learned in late August 2025 that the foreign globalist criminal corporation United Nations planted its flag at the cenotaph in Brampton, Ontario. As David Menzies of Rebel News says, Canadians did not make the ultimate sacrifice in WW1 and WWII in the name of this odious globalist organization that was birthed only at the end of WWII by communist Rockefeller!
Rebel News also reported in early September 2025 that the UN had planted its flag at the Richmond Hill City Hall. A UN employee met the reporter the lobby and informed him that nobody was available to speak with the reporter and the employee indicated he was not 'authorized' to speak to the media. According to the report, the UN planted its flag simply because it decided a group of people called a ‘think tank’ (think a ‘wasted money tank’) were ‘thinking’.
The UN is a corrupt, unelected foreign corporation that has imposed itself on the Canadian landmass and planting their flag to show they control the landmass is just another way of ‘imposing’. Since when does any corporation get to plant their ‘flag’ on sovereign soil, especially when a flag is a symbol of dominance or governance over the landmass?
Since 1985 when the corporation Canada was transferred to the corporation UN in 1985 by means of fictitious legislation (see here), it has gradually desensitize us to seeing foreign flags flying on public property.
The UN actually has terrorists and pedophiles on its payroll, and the UN Human Rights Council tends to be one of the world's worst violators of human rights. This action shows again that the UN runs the Canadian landmass.

International Legal Identity for All
In 2019, using it’s PPPs and NGOs across Canada, the UN implemented its International Legal Identity for All strategy. The ‘strategy’ was released as a ‘recommendation’, but in fact, since the UN is the government in Canada since 1985, the ‘strategy’ had already been almost fully implemented as law by January 2023. Digital identity - the notion is generally understood as unique and constant identity – a virtual identification card – assigned to individuals that authenticates them as users of all their portable digital devices, both in the digital world, such as online banking, commerce and also in the physical world whenever such identification may be required (for example to authenticate their identity at a health-care center, or when asked by the police). It involves passwords, cryptographic key, biometrics such as fingerprint or iris scanning, which are increasingly available on contemporary portable digital devices. …such as the need for such screening to be platform and device-independent ….
b. … Can biometrics be collected without specific consent?
As you will see shortly, CANADA, a UN MEMBER state, now referred to as UN-CANADA Region, has been owned and governed by the UN since 1985 as a colony of the WORLD GOVERNMENT, even though the Statute of Westminster, 1931, stated clearly the provinces could not be ‘colonized’.
Therefore, all that the UN claimed to be ‘recommending’ in 2019 has already been implemented without our knowledge. Biometric data has not only been collected without consent, but shared world-wide with private corporations.
The United Nations Act, 1985
First to the Charter of the United Nations, 1945, giving birth to the eventual United Nations Act first in Britain and 40 years later (in 1985) in Canada.
The United Nations Act, 1946 was passed by the Parliament of the United Kingdom which enabled Her Majesty’s Government (think CROWN corporation’s Board of Directors) to implement resolutions under Article 41 of the corporate United Nations Charter as Orders in Council. Within 40 years, this same trick would happen in Canada.
Thus, immediately upon the purported ending of WWII, the British Parliament delegated the power to enact such resolutions as the UN deems necessary, to the UN without the approval of the British Parliament, even though such a prospective Order must first be laid before either Parliament or the Scottish Parliament. A similar mechanism was later used in the European Communities Act, 1972 and the Terrorist Asset-Freezing Act 2010.
All these actions were nothing more than one large corporation (Queen’s) divesting some of its businesses to a new corporation, the unelected, Nazi-laden, communist United Nations. Queen Elizabeth and all the British Royals were always Hitler supporters, and helped fund Operation PaperClip that brought top Nazi scientists and authorities to North America, at which time they were given new names, identities and installed in our most prestigious institutions, including universities and hospitals.
Many whistleblowers have perished trying to get the word out about the UN and it’s ‘peace bait’, all designed to enslave the world under a One World Government.
In 1985, right after the Charter of Rights and Freedoms failed to get the fictitious ‘assent’ in 1982, and that was thereafter fraudulently presented to Canadians as an enforceable document, the Canadian government transferred ALL power to govern to the UN with the United Nations Act, 1985, which is short and reads as follows [note: underlining ours for emphasis]:

Application of Security Council decisions
2 When, in pursuance of Article 41 of the Charter of the United Nations, set out in the schedule, the Security Council of the United Nations decides on a measure to be employed to give effect to any of its decisions and calls on Canada to apply the measure, the Governor in Council may make such orders and regulations as appear to him to be necessary or expedient for enabling the measure to be effectively applied.

Offence and punishment
3 (1) Any person who contravenes an order or regulation made under this Act is guilty of an offence and liable
(a) on summary conviction, to a fine of not more than $100,000 or to imprisonment for a term of not more than one year, or to both; or
(b) on conviction on indictment, to imprisonment for a term of not more than 10 years.
Forfeiture
(2) Any property dealt with contrary to any order or regulation made under this Act may be seized and detained and is liable to forfeiture at the instance of the Minister of Justice, on proceedings in the Federal Court, or in any superior court, and any such court may make rules governing the procedure on any proceedings taken before the court or a judge thereof under this section.

Tabling in Parliament
4 (1) Every order and regulation made under this Act shall be laid before Parliament forthwith after it has been made or, if Parliament is not then sitting, forthwith after the commencement of the next ensuing session.
Resolution
(2) If both the Senate and House of Commons within the period of forty days, beginning with the day on which an order or regulation is laid before Parliament pursuant to subsection (1) and excluding any time during which Parliament is dissolved or prorogued or during which both the Senate and House of Commons are adjourned for more than four days, resolve that it be annulled, it ceases to have effect, but without prejudice to its previous operation or anything duly done or suffered thereunder or any offence committed or any punishment incurred.

Please read that again and again! While you think you elect the law-makers, in fact, all decisions and dictates of the corporate UN are automatically law and any public servant who refuses to enforce the UN law on Canadian soil will be charged.

Not only is the United Nations a party to U.S./Canada border security, as well as directing the NON-handling of the illegal border crossing crisis, but the organization distributes information packages on how to circumvent the Safe Third Country Agreement, while claiming to care about the integrity of countries.

The UN is so corrupt and such a master at using Trojan-horses to destroy entire nations, it even renamed ‘illegal aliens’ to ‘undocumented border crossers’ and more recently ‘migrants’.
A Trojan-horse scheme is where you offer what appears to be a gift, but in fact, it is disastrous for the receiver.
The UN has extensively studied the connection between lack of border enforcement, and the facilitation of human smuggling and trafficking. It published the paper ‘Smuggling of Migrants’ in April 2011. It isn’t a surprise that open borders lead to increases in illegal crossings. They know exactly what’s going on.
