UN Public-Private Partnership to Private (PPP): the 2-step crime
One of the most successful UN Trojan-horse schemes used to transfer Canadian assets to private for-profit corporations is that of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs or P3s), a UN concept. Again, the trick language plays a huge role in the duping of the public.
** It is essential to your life that you read this document that explains in simple terms, complete with links to the evidence, that the UN installs PPPs to replace government structures, after which it removes the ‘public’ government and creates a totally unaccountable private for-profit corporation that masquerades as government. This new private for-profit corporation is not subject to Freedom of Information or Access to Information requests, human rights legislation or anything else domestic.
This document shows you exactly how elected mayors and councillors are signed up as CEOs and employees in the private corporation that has stolen the locality.

You may say that this is the way Canada is referred to in French, but remember that this clever use of ambiguous wording and marketing is exactly how they manipulate us into believing that all is well in our little piece of hell.
When we start seeing UN-CANADA we will not think twice and just presume that it is French as well. Quickly we will become thoroughly desensitized to seeing UN-CANADA.
Public-Private Partnership implies that the government is always going to have control of public assets, when in fact it is only the middle step from government/public owned to fully privatized.

PPPs worked hand-in-glove with the typically foreign, international non-governmental agencies (NGOs) to write legislation, policy, and to provide resources and training to UN-controlled staff that our taxes pay to serve us.
We say ‘worked’ because they’ve all been fully privatized by 2024.
Egale Canada
Egale may be the UN’s most evil, immoral and depraved PPP operating in Canada, a public-private partnership with ‘charity’ status that is now private. It is behind the moral decay in medicine, politics, and especially in education and media. It has been driving the push to normalize and legalize pedophile attacks on children and the reduction or repealing of Criminal Code penalties for crimes against children.
*****WARNING: IF YOU HAVE ANY SENSE OF MORALITY, you will likely be very, very disturbed at what this UN PPP has done to children, to parents and will do by legalizing pedophilia under the pretext of ‘sexual rights’.
This UN corporation partnered with many Canadian government departments, foundations and private corporations that push pedophilia, child marriage, and transgender surgeries.
Worse, taxpayers are funding this ‘charity’ to the tune of over $1.2 million annually – in 2020 alone, 55% of Egale Canada’s funding was from the Canadian taxpayer. In 2021, that number rose to 67%.
What Egale has succeeded in doing in corrupt Canadian Courts and before the immoral and ethically-bankrupt House of Commons includes:
All serious sexual crimes against children, terrorism, kidnapping and confinement of children have no penalty or the penalty has been severely reduced.
They are in the process of having legislation passed that will result in the decriminalization of pedophilia, with all criminal records of pedophiles expunged if the convictions were before 2008. In other words, all the pedophiles in government, UN institutions, education and medicine will have a clear record and be free to violate children ‘legally’.
Egale demands that defamation be criminalized to shut down all critics of it, its funding sources, and its goals. It has already turned several private lawsuits into public events, by being given ‘intervenor’ status as a way to push for the legalization of sodomy with children, and pedophilia under the pretext of ‘sexual rights’. The Supreme Court of Canada obliged Egale by affirming ‘trans rights’ to protective counter-speech… see here.
In addition, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice has now held it a crime to call a ‘groomer’ a ‘groomer’ in public, see here, as a means of protecting pedophiles operating in schools and libraries in the disguises called Drag (Drag Queens).
Egale opposes all parental rights that allow parents to veto the correction of ‘birth defects’, which in Egale’s view includes being born clearly male or female – in other words, being clearly male or female is a birth defect and must be corrected so the child is ‘intersex’ and can never produce offspring.
The Jewish community and in particular, B’nai Brith Canada League supports Egale and the legalization of sodomy (with children) and pedophilia: Israel is the pedophile-protection capital of the world by law, as it is the country pedophiles run to when they suspect they are being investigated or when charged, as Israel will not extradite pedophiles.
Since homosexuals statistically have the highest rates of sexually-transmitted disease and the highest rate of offences against children (see our HOMOSEXUAL INVASION page for details once it is published in a future series), Egale is pushing (directing) the legalization of non-disclosure of having a sexually-transmitted disease to sexual partners, including children.
Egale and its partners have written and demand the General Identity Protection Bill.

Every Global Mayor was ordered to sign a Local Emergency Declaration Form like the one that was posted on the City of Guelph, Ontario website (see here). The Declaration of Emergency signed by City of Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson, who was a member and speaker at the WEF conferences, was deleted from the city website, but is available as an image.
The weasel words (legalese) in the Declarations of Emergency are instructive in helping one to understand the crime: “may declare, make orders, emergency plan of the “municipality, inhabitants,” within the “‘jurisdiction’ of the City…” (all undefined terms)
These Emergency Declarations are evidence of:
a de facto ‘Head of Council’ /UN Mayor, who signed
a foreign UN government document prepared by a UN non-governmental organization (NGO) called the AMO
that was issued on private corporate letterhead.
These Global Mayors are acting in 3 separate legal capacities simultaneously, for 3 different offices, with no legitimate signing authority for any of them:
Public-elected official: Mayor
Private non-elected: CEO of The CITY
Foreign Corporate Government (International): Head of Council for UN PPP

Non-governmental Agencies (NGOs): corruption networks protected by UN

They are disguised as ‘charities’, but in fact are massive enemies to the western world…and yes, that is very definitely the Red Cross in that photo!
We are told that that most of our local development policies, land use regulations, environmental protections and more, are local ideas imposed by our locally elected representatives. That is not true.

The UN -- despite its decades of claiming it only had the world’s best interest at heart -- turns out to be the main engine of the globalist cabal seeking to eliminate 95% of the worlds population and to steal all they own. These so-called philanthropic institutions are tax-exempt. They do not need to disclose their donors. They move millions (even billions!) of dollars around, from mother to sister company, to yet another subsidiary, without any legal control or obstruction whatsoever in this massive money laundering scheme. The same individuals sit on numerous boards, making this an interlocking directorate-style criminal network working for the UN.
In 2010, it was estimated that humanitarian spending reached just shy of $17 billion. Some NGOs have become transnational, with very large budgets. One American NGO, World Vision International, has a budget topping $2.6 billion despite being scandal-ridden.

These conflicts of interest are a very serious matter, as they allow foreign states to control their target nation, much to the detriment of the people of that nation.

The Council of State Governments (CSG) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) founded in 1933 and which has worked for decades to dismantle America and its trading partner Canada. CSG has a group called National Center for Interstate Compacts (NCIC) which is a policy program developed by CSG. The website says this:
NCIC serves as an information clearinghouse, a provider of training and technical assistance and a primary facilitator in assisting states in the review, revision and creation of new interstate compacts to solve multi-state problems.
We must always keep in mind that they use lingo (criminally deceptive Hegelian language) in Sustainable Development phrases that usually sound okay, but when you look into this devilment, you will quickly find trouble.
RegionSmart Compacts create appointed commissioners or unelected bureaucrats who wield heavy-handed consequences, such as:
eminent domain and have the power to condemn properties
fees, and
unrestrained taxation.

You’ll note that the latest control scheme unrolled by the UN, starting in the US, called RegionSmart, is connected with Sustainable Development, UN Agenda 2030 and Agenda 21, and United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), all which severely limit and control your freedom and monitor your daily activities.
RegionSmart is about wiping out elected governments, provincial boundaries and representation, to create massive ‘regions’. The forced amalgamation of municipalities and townships in Ontario started under the Premier Mike Harris (1995-2002) and were brutal. They were illegal because the law required a plebiscite which never happened.

After this man-made COVID-19 pandemic, small business owners are barely staying afloat, and they are left to compete against large corporations in the marketplace.
The UN has been using the funding (including the taxes we pay directly to the UN as our new government) from nations such as Canada to financially support China’s disastrous one child policy, and their forced abortions and sterilization of millions of women worldwide. NGOs are involved in corruption and criminal activities such as child sex trafficking and bribery. They work diligently to cover up all scandals for if the public should get wind about just how their tax-dollar contributions to these NGO projects were really used, there would be outrage and demands for an end to all funding.
Did you know that while the UN’s employees invade Canada, Canadian residents working for the UN do not have to pay taxes, which of course is another incentive to betray their country? For details see our subsection on UN employees and income tax.
Unelected and unaccountable to the nations they operate in, NGOs move clandestinely across borders to access affected populations by operating under the ‘color of law’. Naturally questions about the legitimacy and legality of such action is repeatedly raised by their victims, but dismissed by the Canadian and other governments that are under UN governance.

In yet another scandal, bigger than the UN’s Oil for Food scheme, Reuters exposed the UN and its relationship with NGOs yet again in this exclusive report. The scandal is the largest yet, involving the Chinese and massive amounts of bribery.
In yet another scandal, the United Nations employees were receiving sex from starving little children in exchange for food in the UN’s Food Programme. There were over 60,000 victims, the UN did absolutely nothing about the reports and there are deep ties between the UN and convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
‘NGOs and the Business of Poverty in Haiti’ is a major eye-opener and reality check, particularly since evidence is surfacing during Military prosecutions of the likes of the Clintons and their Clinton Foundation which was caught kidnapping young Asian children for the pedophile sex trafficking and adrenochrome harvesting networks.
No other country in the world has more (NGOs) per capita then Haiti. After the January 12 earthquake, these NGOs received the bulk of the global relief funds, while the Haitian government, regularly accused of corruption by the U.S. State Department, has remained marginalized in the recovery and rebuilding efforts. This leaves a country where unelected organizations, unaccountable to the Haitian people, are calling the shots and profiting from the poverty they are entrusted to fight.
As one researches the UN and its role in first creating conflicts and poverty and then racing in to abuse the victims of their scheme, it is clear that poverty creation is a major goal. Since poverty is created by the lack of private property ownership and rights, you can understand why the UN’s main goal is to end private property ownership in Canada and other countries, such as Australia and New Zealand.
‘The UN, Corruption and Scandals: How Did We Get Here?’ is an opinion piece by Martin Jay, published July 26, 2019 in which he states:
It’s not only off-the-scale sexual harassment and corruption at the UN which is worrying for those who believe in the importance of the institution. It’s also racism, which is used as a tool of corruption, even when the UN pretends it’s cleaning up its act.
Care to see a very short video leaked to the press showing how our funding of the UN is spent? This video shows a UN official being ‘serviced’ in an expensive UN vehicle in broad daylight on a main city street.
The question remains, why is the unelected, foreign corporation called the United Nations and its criminal department called the WHO (World Health Organization) even permitted to be involved at any level in Canada? Most especially at the political and judicial levels?
The answer: Because the UN invaded Canada long ago and it hides its government operations behind a theatre called the Canadian government. Even Canadian Public Health Authorities are appointees of the UN/WHO and are not accountable to the Canadian government. UN controls ALL municipalities
The UN’s moto has always been to achieve global goals by making changes at the local level.
The UN started restructuring local governments, Canadian Mayors, Councils and municipalities under the auspices of the UN’s Charter in 1992 when criminal mastermind, former Prime Minister Brian Mulroney signed Canada onto the UN Agenda 21 as a UN Member State in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, lured by the promise of big money (think, bribes) to ‘go green’.
By 1994, every municipality received the UN’s orders called the UN Municipal Primer that became the governing directive in 2000 by the UN G7/G20, WEF/ WHO/UN and other unelected, unaccountable non-governmental organizations (NGOs). We preserved a copy of the UN Municipal Primer.
Parliamentary procedures for changing laws were not followed, but that should be expected by anyone who understands that there is no Federal government and has not been since December 11, 1931.
The UN Municipal Primer set out the directions for municipalities to follow as they restructured their governments. It was technically a non-binding agreement, but all municipalities adopted it without consulting their electorate.
The Mayors and Councillors of the day had partnered with a private corporation, the name of which would be “Corporation of the City of XOX.” XOX of course is your city, town, or village.
The Corporation then appointed a Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) who was tasked with implementing the Global Agenda, instead of the local one.
The International Council on Local and Environment Issues (ICLEI) then became the central power to push the people and funding of this Global Agenda, which included ending all private property ownership by 2030.
The unelected World Economic Forum (WEF) and equally unelected UN, signed their Strategic Partnership Framework in 2019 (just days before the COVID scam started in full force) to implement the UN Agenda 2030 for Sustainable Development (known as Sustainable Development Goals, SDG) during the lockdowns.
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) involve imposing 15-minute SMART CITY open-air prisons in every municipality as a cover for the data collection monopoly of global technocrats who own and operate the technology. The technology involves maximum surveillance for maximum control of the population, all of which is anti-human.
Every government department, at every level and every service provider has committed to achieving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) goals by 2030 because they are departments of the UN government called UN-CANADA Region. That’s actually the name of our country, not CANADA.
15-minute SMART CITIES are gateways to Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), Vaccine Passports, and Digital Identification, with Chinese Communist-style Social Credit Scoring.
Promoted as more efficient, 15-minute SMART CITIES are Trojan-horses, forcing compliance by restricting and controlling every aspect of every life, including food, medicine, travel and education.
