The United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples was established in 2007 to promote the idea of giving “restitutions” to the natives and convincing them that turning over control of their society to the UN is ‘decolonization’.
In fact, in 1985 and as confirmed by UNDRIP wording, the UN is simply the new ‘colonizer’ and has taken over the land in Canada and around the world using vague, undefined terms such as ‘indigenous’ erasing the true identification of natives as Tribal Peoples and Indians! ‘Elected’ chiefs are simply politicians with the $5,000 suit and briefcase who subsumed the true hereditary chiefs and clan mothers. They were employed by the UN to sign the UNDRIP and seal the faith of Canadian Indians. Under the pretext of ‘protecting’ Indian lands and treaties, they have in fact put the UN and the UN Charter solidly in control of all Indian Lands.

You will note that the UN refers to the undefined ‘Indigenous’, instead of Canadian Indian, thereby eliminating the true Indian race. Renaming the Indian is just another means of removing sovereignty of men and women. That’s how they did it with children…remove their sex and their given name, give them a new identity and they belong to the World Government forever.
In 1982, the Canadian government adopted the legal term “Aboriginal peoples of Canada” in the fake Constitution Act, referring to the Indian, Inuit and Métis peoples of Canada.
Despite Hereditary Chiefs and Clan Mothers wanting to keep their true names ‘Tribal people’ and ‘Indians’, the term Aboriginal increased in popularity in the ’80s and ’90s as the first of two steps to replacing their true identities.
Then, just as the identity of boys and girls were eliminated, the terms Indians, Inuit and Tribal Peoples also were discarded through UN-controlled media narrative-spinning and social engineering.
Indigenous is not a term chosen by Indians, Metis or mix-raced groups – it was entirely generated by the corrupt, divisive and anti-Western corporation United Nations.
And that UN-driven name change launched a whole new victim industry – the Aboriginal Industry that we will discuss in our series by that name.

Canadian Indians, Metis and mix-raced Canadians are NOT indigenous to Canada. They are, as proven by DNA testing, indigenous to Siberia and Mongolia.

The UN/WEF claims that everyone must share everything with others, so that in effect they own nothing (this is socialism-communism). This goes for Indian lands. Indians were led to believe they would get their lands back (which is impossible since they traded them away long ago and some land was never ‘owned’ but only ‘used’), but this UNDRIP has ensured this will never happen, as their elected ‘Chiefs’ signed them over to the UN.
If you have something that another person doesn't have, according to the WEF/UN you are at fault because you have it and the other person doesn’t because he doesn't bother to attain it. There are some who can't attain it and they have to be taken care of, but this is typical social/communist doctrine of the Roman Catholic Church.

We can see that parents have lost all parental rights in Canada from the way children have been lured into vaccination centres with ice cream and told not to tell their parents. The same is happening with transgender efforts where children are indoctrinated and converted to transgenderism, homosexuality and bisexuality without the parent’s knowledge or consent. Likewise, the rights of Indians and Inuit to not be held in a reservation system that benefits only the elected Chiefs has been gradually extinguished under the pretext that the UN would ‘protect’ their rights.

Here we have the UN that has ruled Canada since 1985, transfer land to its control under UNDRIP. The question people need to ask is ‘if the Inuit are controlling Nunavut, who’s controlling the Inuit?’
Financial analyst George Gammon explains how globalists plan to take ALL of your property. A 2016 blog post about a vision for 2030 on the World Economic Forum’s website revealed that artificial intelligence (AI) will record everything that an individual does, thinks and dreams. Homes will be owned by the government and usage will be allocated according to AI algorithms based on central-bank digital-currency transactions.
The ultimate goal is for individuals to own nothing and globalists to control everything. Gammon describes multiple strategies that already are already being used to confiscate private property without force. These will be discussed in detail in our upcoming Series 2 PROPERTY THEFT.
That vision, of course, includes stealing all Indian lands once and for all, with no recourse. That scheme is referred to as UNDRIP (United Nations Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Persons).
Indeed, UNDRIP is a death grip, as in 2022 the Northern Ontario lands, mostly inhabited by Ontario Indian Tribes for centuries, are being atmospherically-sprayed day and night with deadly chemicals to kill off the people. Northern Ontario is rich in resources: the UN and the Chinese want it all to themselves.
Technically, all land in Canada, in the nine provinces which used Common Law, including native land under treaty, was “owned” by the Crown which invaded and took it all by force (de facto power). Quebec uses a Civil Code system.
There has never been a treaty signed in Canada, it has always been a lie and a fraud, just as have the claims of the existence of a Confederation, a Constitution and Charter.
Historic treaties, as everything else in the parasite Corporate Canada, have been nothing more than a 100% fraud. As you will learn from Series 3 CONSTITUTION-CHARTER FRAUD, what passed as a Canadian government was actually a private corporation masquerading as ‘government’ so anything it signed could not possibly be binding or reliable. Remember that the legal definition of ‘Canada’ in corporate Canada is ‘inland and coastal waters’. There is no reference to land, men, women or anything else. So corporate Canada masquerading as government had no power or authority to enter into any agreements over land, men or women. It was all a trick.Land and resource-related negotiations have always been going on and never will be negotiated, because it has been one boondoggle after another. The corporate UN government will steal all land before it ever signs a contract with its slaves. The slaves have no rights, they are prisoners on the reserves.

Traitorous Chiefs who were selected by the Crown, not elected by their people, have sold out their own people for personal gain – most are all billionaires, or at least multi-millionaires. The entire Indian Act ‘system’ is a fraud, which is why the legitimate Chiefs, known as Hereditary Chiefs who have their tribe’s best interest at heart, fought against UNDRIP tooth and nail. The UN invasion of Canada is very thorough: it has now taken over control of our North, taxing every resource and imposing 'sustainable development' to starve the people out of their homes and traditional ways.
According to Canadian military veteran and investigator, William Ray, the elite are using Astro-Sage “indigenous” groups to sell Canadian resources to Communist China. He makes a great case for ending the odious “Indian Act” and returning sovereignty to Indigenous people of Canada.
“The Tallurutiup Imanga Agreement means a massive chunk of strategic Canadian waters will be carved off and put under the stewardship of the Nunavut government, fully funded by the Canadian taxpayer of course. In reality these areas will be subject to regulation under the United Nations “Sustainability 2030” frameworks that aim to restrict citizens to approved human habitation zones and control and tax the use of all resources. The theft of the North’s resources, particularly gold (needed to back our currency) and lithium (needed for batteries and electronics) may not seem a big deal when we are busy fighting off the many UN attacks on our private properties, but the fact is that without natural resources to sell, our country will be no more than a 3rd world country that has to import everything we need to live, at tremendous prices.

BC Crown and Private Lands the First to be Stolen
The Communist/Socialist NDP and Aboriginal Industry fraudsters working for the United Nations to bring all British Columbia under the full control of the UN World Government and to end all private property ownership by using fraudulent legislation to ‘reconcile’ the fraudulent aboriginal land claims, is threatening the very existence of British Columbia in 2024.
In fact, this scheme has made its way across Canada, with Ontario succumbing to endless fake Land Acknowledgements and restitution claims.
Geoffrey S. Moyse KC is a retired senior lawyer who served as legal counsel to the Province of BC, advising six successive governments on Aboriginal law over 30 years. He is warning about the NDP’s theft of Crown and private lands and using fraud to turn them over to the UN under the pretext of ‘Indigenous reconciliation’.
Here is what is going on in BC as of September 15th, 2024, expanding across Canada, mostly kept secret by the NDP that is upending and remaking the British Columbia land base and British Columbia society in the name of Indigenous “reconciliation”, even though the reconciliation demanded is based on wholesale fraud:
A new and entirely radical reconciliation agenda that has been deliberately hidden from the general public.
A rogue provincial government (NDP) is unilaterally claiming to legislate Aboriginal title to claimed Indigenous territories (100% of BC) even though in two BC court declarations of Aboriginal title to date only 5% or less of the landmass is involved.
Future unilateral provincial “recognition” of territorial Aboriginal title will utilize the Haida Gwaii 100% “template”. This ‘template’ erases Crown land throughout the province, erases all reference to Canadian law, and ends all involvement of the federal government. In other words, the NDP is handing all of BC to Aboriginal Elected Chiefs to run their own nation, after getting $1 Trillion from the Canadian Taxpayer, and despite the treaties of the past being very clear that Indians never owned all the land.
The NDP is re-writing history and forcing parents to teach their children that they should not refer to themselves as British Columbians, in case it offends the Aboriginal Industry frauds working for the United Nations and because some Aboriginals believe the province to be historically illegitimate ‘settlers’ or ‘illegal occupiers’, even though history shows that not only have these same Aboriginals been milking the Canadian taxpayer for decades, but had it not been for the ‘settlers’ and their law-based system, the Indians themselves would have been fully exterminated by the larger tribes.
As though this NDP political party working for the United Nations World Government owns the landmass, it is preparing to transfer the entire provincial public land base (e.g. Crown land) into Aboriginal title lands under the ownership and control of less than 6% of the provincial population, who will not be elected by anyone outside of their internal communities. This is part of the UNDRIP promise to ‘indigenous’ peoples – they can simply take whatever they want if they feel it belonged to their ancestors in the past.
Senior government officials have confirmed that Crown lands will no longer exist at all in BC within the next few years. In other words, the Indians have used our money to steal our land and set up their own ‘nation’.
The NDP/UN is pretending to protect private lands from the legal effects of their Aboriginal title declarations – of course they are doing this by using legal THEORIES, without any discussion with the public or private landowners. The attitude is that because fraudsters in the Aboriginal community, funded and directed by the United Nations ‘say’ the land belongs to them, they have a right to steal it, including everything on it. EVERYTHING the UN does is legitimatized by the use of ‘theories’…COVID theory, virus theory, climate change theory, critical race theory, gender theory and the long list goes on, and all resulting in social engineering in the vision of one world government.
The public, historical evidence, legal treaties and Canadian laws are being effectively excluded from the Indigenous ‘reconciliation’ agenda in this province, ensuring that it is not ‘reconciliation’ but grand theft and fraud.
The NDP were formerly named the Socialist Party and have always been an arm of the United Nations tasked with turning every province communist and under World Government control, which means no one owns anything and your stuff is everyone else’s, even if you worked for it.
In September 2024, the political party system was used to put the NDP back into power by eliminating an ‘opposing’ party. With that new ‘power’ the NDP is readied to operate without a mandate to transform BC into yet another UN World Government-controlled landmass by passing legislation that literally steals private property and turns it over to the fraudsters in the Aboriginal land claims industry and its government shills.

The NDP in Ontario transferred the entire land registry system of Ontario to private control using 2 Muslim ‘investors’ and a Canadian billionaire. In BC, the Aboriginals are used as the thieving power doing the dirty work for the UN.
The land claims are untrue, many of the tribes are fake tribes, and especially, the Indians Residential School abuse allegations are proven to be nothing more than a recent fraud designed to extort more tax dollars from Canadians and to demand ‘reconciliation’ for things that never happened.
The Elected Chiefs created as part of the Indian Act, displaced Heritage Chiefs and Clan Mothers and were and continue to be responsible for the deprivation that Indians have and continue to face, as Chiefs demand power and the ‘right’ to abuse that power over the reservations.
Elected Chiefs were put in place by the fictitious government and have worked towards the goals of the UN World Government since.
Elected Chiefs demanded that the government build Residential Indian schools, demanded that the government keep them open long after the government wanted to replace them with in-community schools, and demanded recognition of fake Indians (Pretendians). Fake tribes are now insisting they ‘own’ land Canadians rightfully own, and demand to have separate government, criminal justice system and sentencing protocols for each of their 600+ tribes, while being permitted to avoid sales taxation. They insist on running criminal enterprises from the reservations. Convicted Aboriginal criminals get to spend their sentences in cushy healing lodges.

The UN has openly entered into a formal agreement with the World Economic Forum (WEF) as a full partner in the governance of the world, specifically to accelerate the Agenda 2030 goals, which involves mass murdering 95% of the world’s population. The UN is the hands and feet of the WEF, using its many controls over sovereign nations to ensure the success of the communist reset of the world. Most people think of ‘property’ as land, but in fact, your given name, your children, your Statement of Live Birth, your vehicle, boat, securities, RRSPs and bank accounts are all private property as well. The Great Reset means a reset from having rights and freedoms, to having privileges if you do as you are told.
What the WEF/UN means when they say that under their communist world government structure, you will own nothing (because they stole it), and you will be happy about that (because their injected technologies control your brain and moods), is that none of the property you currently own, including your children, will be accessible to you by 2030 (less than 6 years) or sooner.
The UN/WEF’s Blueprint for Digital Identity is consistent with the World Economic Forum’s (WEFs) mission stated decades ago publicly, of applying a multi‐stakeholder approach to address issues of global impact. The creation of this report (Blueprint) involved extensive outreach and dialogue with the financial services community, innovation community, technology community, academia and the public sector, with a view to imposing mandatory digital identity, with financial institutions playing a leading role in building a global standard for digital identity.
Notice that the public is not considered a ‘stakeholder’, but prey. The reason that the financial institutions are leading the way is because they can control all aspects of life through their lending policies: mortgages, home-buying, student loans, etc.

The UN/WHO’s SMART Health Cards system is used by more than a dozen countries, 25 U.S. states, Puerto Rico and Washington, D.C.; the Australian Parliament is pushing a “Trusted Digital Identity Bill”; U.S. Congress is pushing the “Improving Digital Identity Act,” and the WHO has signed a deal with a Deutsche Telekom subsidiary to build the first global digital vaccine passport. Canada, likewise is installing it’s digital ID system. All of these have one thing in common: the end goal, which is to expand them into a souped-up, global social credit system.
Once Canada signed onto the WHO Pandemic Treaty on May 24, 2022, the unelected WHO was able to mandate vaccinations and passports. As we explained in a previous newsletter, the WHO Constitution is the only Constitution legally in effect in Canada.

Did you know that Premier Doug Ford is actually manufacturing consent in Ontario to introduce the Digital ID program by pretending that it is more convenient to have one’s government paper IDs converted to strictly digital -- see details here. By tricking Ontarians yet again, he is installing a deadly system that will gradually enslave Ontarians to the world government and its banking cartel forever, just as are the Chinese people enslaved forever to the Chinese Communist Party through their digital identity and ‘social credit’ system. The government decides what you will eat and when, what you can spend your money on.
Globalist corporations, most in a monopoly situation, are working with the UN to push zero carbon (aka mass suicide by starvation) on Canadians, and you might be wise to avoid patronizing their many subsidiaries.
DigitalID involves being controlled by UN and central banks. During the Trucker Convoy February 2022, you saw how bank accounts were seized, and by April 23, 2022, most had not been released. The money in those accounts was stolen by the bank, even though the owners of the account were not charged and some had not even been at the protests. This document provides details.

The UN is UN-acceptable, UN-accountable, UN-Canadian, UN-apologetic, UN-approachable, UN-attainable, UN-believable, UN-viable, UN-forgivable, UN-intelligent, UN-scientific, UN-sustainable and UN-sympathetic.
It is EXTREMELY dangerous to every living soul on the planet.

We all need to think long and hard about what is actually occurring...all of this insanity has been building for decades now! Within 2-3 years, it will be irreversible. It will be irreversible when our firearms are taken from us and there is a cashless society.
A complete Canadian withdrawal from the UN and from participation in its criminal department called the World Health Organization is essential if Canadians are to survive. The Trump Administration recognized the corruption of UN and the WHO and withdrew all US support and funding immediately.
Canadian taxpayer money should not fund anti-Canadian interests, and that’s what the foreign UN is doing to advance World Government goals. The UN is a foreign state working for a foreign purpose that is completely anti-Canadian.
All Canadian membership in the United Nations specialized agencies, commissions, military, covenants, treaties, declarations or other formally affiliated body of the United Nations, must be terminated and all Canadian missions to the UN closed. No remaining functions of such offices should be carried out.

That’s what our tax dollars fund, and it’s time we stopped pretending the UN is a benevolent, peaceful organization. It’s not; it’s the enemy in disguise.
The fact is that the UN, like the Chinese Communist Party, is the enemy, who have expressed the determination and goal to end our sovereignty, eliminate our Christian values and society and replace white anglo-Canadians with 3rd world migrants.
All deployment of the Canadian military by the UN must be blocked and the “diplomatic immunity for UN officers or employees” on Canadian soil fully revoked.
Canadians, in survey after survey, have overwhelmingly expressed that the migration goals of the UN forced on Canada must end. Canadians dislike paying for Third World migrants to be given gold-plated healthcare and programs even though they can contribute absolutely nothing to the productivity of Canada due to their lack of skills and understanding of democracy, human rights and freedoms. Canadians are fed up with the endless Muslim complaints when they have obtained government assistance that no other immigrants have ever had when accepted into this country.
The UN continues to prove it’s an inefficient bureaucracy, with endless involvement in bribery, sex trafficking and corruption; it is by all measure a complete waste of Canadian taxpayer dollars and through our association and support of it, we are complicit in human atrocities.
All UN treaties and covenants to which Canada is a signatory, undermine domestic law and values and attack the rights of Canadian citizens, replacing same with the de facto fake supremacy of the United Nations Charter, which in fact is the Communist Manifesto written in trick language.
According to the United Nations’ Secretariat’s December 2018 report on member contributions and the application of the UN’s own methodology for grouping countries by continent to create a visualization of what each country and continent contributes to the UN has been created.
Canada, with only 36 million people contributes almost 3% of the UN’s funding. The calculations include both the actual financial outlay and the contribution of staff and resources to run the UN (a foreign corporation, remember).
Thus, Canadians are not only funding our Canadian government and the parasitic elite political class and the millions of unskilled, unproductive migrants from 3rd world countries that have entered the country since 2015, but are also funding the foreign government called the United Nations that is the front for the World Government.
Imagine, if you will, all that money staying in Canada where it belongs.
Now, about the traitors:
By all measures, the aiding and abetting of a foreign power to invade one’s own country is treason, however the mainstream media has spun the stories, or quashed information that would otherwise alert us to the invasion to such an extent that -- as you will see from reviewing our MEDIA FRAUD series to be released in the future -- nothing they report is truthful, ever. This is all because they are paid State media, just as in North Korea and Communist China.
Small incremental jolts, attacks on every flank, endless fear-generating frauds, and levels of corruption and depravity at the hands of our public officials are beyond our imagination.
Sometimes there is nothing you can really put your finger on, or a clear target to accuse. Unless you have the time and training to parse all the legalese, double speak and psychopathic drivel lobbed at us daily, in never-ending loops by politicians, UN wordsmiths and foreign mouthpieces; the average person feels held in a stranglehold.
No one disagrees with equality, but not when it means taking from someone who worked hard for what they have to give to an opportunist.
No one disagrees with respect, freedom, kindness, compassion when a person truly deserves it.
And we need not be lectured about evil: we all recognize evil when we allow ourselves to actually see it. But when we see evil and call it out as we must, suddenly the UN/WEF World Government attack dogs brand us racists, conspiracy theorists, phobic and other unsavory names. We are subject to public shaming and gaslighting for asking logical and reasonable questions when things don’t add up.
For many years now, it seems as though humanity has been swimming against a crosscurrent... pulling us out further and further to a sea of immorality and corruption, all designed by the UN.
We paddle harder and harder against this invisible enemy, desperate to reach safety and security and for that we have waive our freedoms.
Yet, there is no denying that the government we thought existed, doesn’t, the democracy that we thought was ours never existed and has now been totally replaced by communism.
And, the solid footing and foundation that grants a clear vision of what others around you are up too is all gone – at least until we act together to build a government of our choosing!
Make no mistake, we are under attack! On every flank.
The UN has a stranglehold on Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Britain (former commonwealth countries) -- it is in these countries where the abuse of the public is most horrific in order to maintain what is left of UN control after the USA withdrew all funding of the UN and the WHO.
During the Trucker Convoy February 2022, we saw what many people believed was the UN mercenaries in Ottawa to attack and remove peaceful protestors of endless unconstitutional mandates and violations of human rights. This was a true sign of desperation of a failing globalist plot and was entirely unnecessary.

On June 13th, 2019, the World Economic Forum and the UN signed a Strategic Partnership Framework agreement with World Bank Groups to install communism worldwide during the COVID lockdowns. Schwab said they must change what it means to be human, and then, in 2022, we learned that all those who had the COVID vaccines are now legally transhuman. Did you know that the Lima Agreement of 1975 sold Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Britain, to the corporate United Nations? The Lima Agreement was the destruction of farming and industry in western nations. It required them to reduce its manufacturing capabilities by around 30% and to commit to import that amount from other preferred countries, making its people dependant on imported food. Thus, Canadians import toxic food from China!
The Lima Treaty is about the destruction of industry and farming in western countries. It sets the policy which has, for over 30 years, encouraged corporations to build themselves into globalist multinationals. It only benefits these corporations and their international banking elite.
A key clause in the declaration states ...
".....recognising the urgent need to bring about the establishment of a new international economic order based on equity, sovereign equality, interdependence and co-operation, as has been expressed in the Declaration and Programme of Action on the Establishment of a New International Economic Order, in order to transform the present structure of economic relations."
Unelected politicians signed this and now there are calls in fully communized countries for a review of that Treaty. Yes, indeed, a little late. Crickets in Canada of course.
The thousands of traitors and conspiracists invading and destroying North America will eventually (once the People awaken and remove the UN corporate governmental structure) be arrested, including politicians, government bureaucrats in federal, provincial, and local governments, the mainstream media outlets including social media, finance including the central banks, and, mid-to-high level military officers and their contractors, all courts on every level including the Supreme Courts, corporate board and high level executives and administrators, throughout academia and science, medicine, and even religious institutions like the Vatican.
Notwithstanding the immunity the UN has given itself, the hangman’s noose does not care!
